Under current regulations we are allowed to enter the property of the pet owner but still have to follow social distancing where possible.
When visiting a client, we will wear masks unless there are health or disability reasons not to.
We will sanitise hands on arrival & if we have to touch anything owned by the client. Anything we touch such as leads, food containers, etc will be wiped with sanitising wipes after we have finished using them. Door handles will be wiped as we leave.
If we, or any of our household develop COVID symptoms, we will immediately self isolate, cancel all appointments & inform anyone we have visited within the last 48 hours.
From our clients we ask:
Please cancel your appointment if you are going to be present when we arrive if you have had any COVID symptoms, have had a positive test result, are isolating or awaiting a negative test result. Please ensure you follow social distancing when we visit, trying to maintain a 2 metre distance where possible.
Our main service provider - Lloyd, has had both COVID vaccinations & self tests at home twice a week & will continue to do so until government guidelines no longer require this.
